Service and price
UrgentFax sends one document per order, up to 25 pages and 15MB. Prices are in U.S. dollars: $3.99 for 1-10 pages and $5.99 for 11-25 pages. The total is shown before payment. No account, subscription or renewal is created.
Before paying
Check the preview and complete destination number carefully. You must have permission to transmit the document and to contact the recipient. The service must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud or unlawful marketing.
Delivery
Delivery depends on the recipient line and telephone networks. A provider acceptance is not final delivery. A delivery confirmation means the recipient's fax system acknowledged transmission; it does not prove that a person read the document. Transmission can take several minutes and sometimes longer.
Availability and support
The service can be delayed or unavailable. If a paid order is delayed or fails, email support@urgentfax.com with the order reference. Support is handled manually.
Documents and rights
Only upload material you have the right to share. Do not upload documents requiring a HIPAA business associate agreement or another handling commitment we have not agreed to. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
